Job Title: Data and Reporting Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and visualization. They will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data models, developing data collection and presentation strategies, and delivering regular and ad hoc reports to inform policy and pricing decisions.

The role requires strong quantitative and analytical skills, experience working with large datasets and data warehouses, and proficiency in R, Python, Excel, SAS/SQL. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and participate in data forums and contribute to data transformation initiatives.
