Lead Anaesthesiology Trainer
Latrobe Regional Health is seeking a dedicated Lead Anaesthesiology Trainer to become an integral part of our team on a full-time, ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage in the efficient operation of the department and collaborate with colleagues to ensure optimal patient care.Deliver clinical expertise in anaesthesia and perioperative medicine, encompassing in-theatre duties, acute pain management, and preadmission assessments.Provide mentorship and supervision to junior medical staff and other relevant personnel.Contribute to Latrobe Regional Health's quality improvement initiatives.Support educational, research, and clinical governance programs at LRH.Uphold the strategic priorities and core values of Latrobe Regional Health.Employee Benefits:

Legal qualifications as a medical practitioner, registered or eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) without any conditions.Fellowship from the Australian & New Zealand College of Anaesthetists or eligibility for fellowship through recognized training pathways.Compliance with LRH credentialing requirements and scope of practice in anaesthesia.Proven knowledge and experience in anaesthesia.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function effectively within a team.About LRH:
