We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Trainer to join our team at Bridgwater & Taunton College. As a Specialist Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering training programs to upskill adults in leadership, management, industrial safety, and engineering.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality training programs to adults in leadership, management, and engineering
  • Work closely with employers to understand their training needs and develop customized training solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employers and customers
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to ensure training programs are effective and meet the needs of our employers and customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers and customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
