  • Engage and manage specialists and talent to deliver high-quality content across various platforms.
  • Deliver exceptional production management skills, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Arrange pre-production & production meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project requirements, timelines, and costs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients on production-related matters, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, offering innovative ideas and perspectives to drive project success.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring high-quality output.
  • Develop internal resources and capabilities to stay at the forefront of social-first production excellence.
  • Collaborate with creatives and project managers to deliver outstanding creative products that exceed client expectations.
  • Drive a culture of craftsmanship and creativity, fostering an environment that inspires innovation and excellence.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including creatives, project managers, and clients.
  • Contribute to team goals by being a motivated and motivating force within the organization.
  • Manage financial aspects of production, ensuring accurate budgeting, invoicing, and cost reporting.
  • Monitor job performance, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure timely submission of timesheets, facilitating accurate payment processing and maintaining positive cash flow.
