Mental Health Services Director

This newly created role will oversee and lead mental health teams with direct reports including: Adult Mental Health Unit Managers, Early Parenting Unit Manager, Allied Health Manager, Intake coordinator, ECT and TMS coordinators. The successful candidate would provide stewardship, leadership and guidance to enhance service delivery of all mental health services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced clinical leadership and operational oversight across mental health inpatient, outpatient and day program services.
- Work in collaboration with the General Manager (GM) and Director of Nursing (DON) to achieve strategic objectives.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to promote a positive culture and engagement within the organization.
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing)/ Nursing or equivalent healthcare stream
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Meeting compliance requirements - Working with Children check, police check, serology and immunisation, workplace health and safety questionnaire
