
Administrative Support Specialist

This role at a reputable healthcare organisation requires efficient delivery of clerical duties, utilising established processes to provide support to a multidisciplinary team.
- Coordination of diaries and committee meetings
- Data processing
The position provides administrative and secretarial support to the team at the direction of the Team Manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining diaries and appointments/schedules
- Supporting the team with annual requirements of accreditation
- Executing duties in accordance with legislation requirements
- Participating in the development, execution, and achievement of the Quality Improvement Plan
- Demonstrating effective stewardship by efficient use of resources and time
- Recording maintenance needs in the Oracle Records System
- Managing schedules and committees
- Contribution to quality activities and participation in data collection for projects
Key skills required include:
- Proven organisational and planning skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative in managing tasks
- Exemplary customer service approach
