Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest food orders and work with a team of chefs, managers, and other attendants to ensure a positive dining experience.

About You

  • You will have a bright, energetic attitude, hold current RSA and Food Handlers Certificates, and demonstrate:
  • A strong understanding of wine service, including recommendations, food pairing, and precise pouring skills.
  • The ability to handle multiple plates efficiently.
  • A high level of personal presentation and grooming.
  • Flexibility to work various rostered shifts over a seven-day roster.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Food and Beverage Attendant.
  • Australian working rights.
