We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Support Team in Adelaide. As part of our team, you'll support positions across the Sydney portfolio, ensuring seamless operations during periods of absence or temporary vacancies.

This role is ideal for someone energetic, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional service while working alongside diverse teams. You'll gain exposure to various operations and teams, making every day a new experience.

You'll be responsible for crafting exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impression on visitors and occupants. You'll play a crucial supporting role for our clients, working across core services like front-of-house, concierge, placemaking support, hospitality, workplace solutions, events, and meeting coordination.

This role involves periods of walking, standing, sitting, and manual handling, keeping you active and engaged throughout your workday.

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, airline, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.
  • A customer-centric and hospitality-led mindset, adapting to visitors'/employees' needs and preferences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and pragmatic approach, always maintaining a positive and solution-focused mindset.
