We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Westpac Group. As a key customer-facing position, this role will involve delivering exceptional service experiences to our customers on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and engage with customers, creating a positive first impression
  • Assist customers with transactional and savings banking needs
  • Built strong relationships with customers through active listening and proactive communication
  • Provide relevant banking advice and guidance to meet customers' needs and goals
  • Refer customers to specialist teams when required
  • Educate customers on new technologies and products to enhance their banking experience
