Are you a skilled communicator who enjoys interacting with people and creating positive outcomes? We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-facing role that involves building relationships, generating sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate phone calls to introduce products and services.
  • Develop leads and sales opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience to new and existing clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups via phone and email.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software and update customer databases.

The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, able to engage with a wide range of customers, and comfortable with sales conversations. Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry is also essential.

Benefits

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, with a minimum of 6 hours per day, 5 days a week (30+ hours/week). The location is St. Marys, and the work environment is office-based, Monday to Friday.
