Digital Transformation Manager

The role of Digital Transformation Manager entails strategic planning and execution to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record of driving transformation initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments.
  • Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, focusing on DevSecOps practices.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automating repetitive tasks and managing infrastructure as code.
  • Expertise in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes for scaling workloads.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace) and logging platforms (e.g., Splunk) for ensuring system health and performance.
