We are seeking a professional with a background in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling to provide occupational rehabilitation services, supporting clients' return to health and work outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Acceptance of applications with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and support for ASORC membership and supervision.
- Current General or Provisional AHPRA registration or Full ASORC Membership.
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and compassion.
- Strong time management skills.
- A current QLD Driver's License and access to own car with insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Case management with support from Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks.
- Applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes.
- Developing injury prevention and workplace education programs for employers and employees.
- Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals.
- Working across various schemes, including workers compensation, third-party, and life insurance.
- Conducting vocational assessments and injury prevention services.
