Sydney Based Commercial Finance Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a commercial lending Business Banker position within our State team located in the Sydney CBD office.
- Originate and initiate the fulfillment of business products for Small Business Banking customers, including commercial lending up to $1m.
- Conduct needs-based conversations with clients who have identified new opportunities.
- Engage in proactive outbound calls to existing Small Business Banking clients supported by the Customer Engagement Engine and Next Best Conversations.
- Provide high-quality, timely support and customer service when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with customers to deliver exceptional customer service and complete loan settlement tasks, including obtaining additional information, ordering valuations, and arranging documentation.
We're interested in hearing from individuals with experience in Commercial Lending and/or B2B sales, excellent customer service skills, sound financial analysis skills, and commercial acumen.
Requirements- Experience in Commercial Lending and/or B2B sales.
- Excellent customer service skills (both face-to-face and non-face-to-face).
- Sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen.
- FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation.
- Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willingness to obtain this within 6 months.
