Job Title: Client Support SpecialistAt The Salvation Army, we believe in empowering individuals and families to achieve their full potential.We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team at the Kalgoorlie Emergency Accommodation and Referral Support Service (EARSS).This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to make a real difference in the lives of others.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths and goals, providing tailored support to help them achieve independence.
  • Develop effective relationships with clients, based on trust, respect, and open communication.
  • Provide case management support to clients, ensuring they have access to the resources and services they need to succeed.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A minimum Diploma Level in Community Services or Mental Health, or relevant industry experience.
  • Experience working with homeless individuals or families, or related field.
  • A National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check are required.
  • A current WA Drivers licence and First Aid Certificate with CPR are essential.
