Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ICT Warehouse Manager to lead and coordinate our ICT warehouse and logistics operations. This role is integral in ensuring the effective imaging and distribution of hardware to staff across all organizational locations.

About the Role
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the ICT warehouse while overseeing a team of technical support staff, driving operational efficiency and team performance.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities related to imaging support, ensuring seamless workflows and timely delivery.
  • Manage ICT equipment returns from remote staff, ensuring accurate and prompt processing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) team to monitor stock levels and arrange for timely replenishments, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Create and manage ServiceNow transfer orders between stockrooms, enhancing asset tracking accuracy and transparency.
  • Test and validate ServiceNow workflow enhancements, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
  • Update consignment tracking information in ServiceNow to maintain accurate records and facilitate efficient logistics management.
  • Liaise with users to manage tasks, incidents, and resolution outcomes effectively within ServiceNow, ensuring timely and satisfactory service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards to provide transparent insights into operations, enabling data-driven decision making and process improvement.
