Front of House Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our front of house team at Melbourne Airport. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our cafés and restaurants.

About the Role:

  • Deliver outstanding food, beverage, and coffee service in both restaurant and bar settings
  • Maintain a clean and inviting dining environment by assisting with setting up and maintaining our spaces
  • Show confidence in our menu offerings, share recommendations, and cater to guests' dietary needs
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service from start to finish
  • Adhere to high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance at all times

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in fast-paced food and beverage environments
  • Hold current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety Certificates
  • Barista and Bartender skills are highly desirable
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Be flexible and able to work a 7-day rotating roster
