- Provide strategic direction, inspiring and developing a skilled team to expand services and deliver meaningful outcomes for children, young people and adults across communities.
- Team Leadership: Manage Allied Health teams to deliver exceptional services, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development.
- Growth and Innovation: Drive strategic expansion, aligned with organizational goals, through effective partnerships and service development.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and promote continuous improvement.
- Clinical Leadership: Provide supervision, support, and guidance to Allied Health staff, ensuring quality assurance and compliance.
- Quality Enhancement: Monitor and improve quality assurance systems, risk management, and clinical practices.
