Responsibilities
  • Join the Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP) team to help clients over 65 achieve rehabilitation goals while living at home
  • Work with a friendly, cohesive team of allied health and nursing professionals based at Wallsend Health Campus
  • Support clients in a 12-week rehabilitation and transitional program to live well and safely in the community
  • Engage in a role with a mix of direct client care and administrative duties
  • Participate in delivering rehabilitation programs and motivate clients along their journey

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working as an Allied Health Assistant or holds a Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance

  • To be eligible for permanent employment you must be an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport. Temporary visa employment is allowed only if no suitable local candidate is identified and is subject to visa conditions and expiry date.
