Logistics and Inventory Manager

Job Description:

This role involves leading the development of warehousing and logistics strategies, as well as managing supply chain management plans. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to drive results through goal setting and ownership.

  • Developing and executing Supply Chain Management Plans as it relates to Warehousing and Logistics.
  • Lead the development of warehousing and Logistics capability strategies and business cases to support future warehouse capability.
  • Set actionable goals to ensure delivery of Warehousing and Logistics objectives for the program. Take ownership for driving results through these goals.
  • Customer, internal stakeholder and supply chain partner feedback.
  • Identify potential risks to program delivery, develop mitigation strategies, including developing programs and initiatives which address concerns proactively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with experience in leading teams and driving results. A current National Police Clearance, an Australian Defence Security Clearance, and ability to access protected US defence technology are also required.
