Job Overview

A strategic Supply Chain Manager is required to oversee inventory planning, purchase orders and overseas shipments. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of stock across the distribution network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute inventory plans for nationwide distribution.
  • Manage local and international purchase orders with precision and speed.
  • Coordinate overseas shipments, track delivery times and address any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor inventory levels and facilitate seamless transfers between warehouses.
  • Provide insightful data analysis through business intelligence tools to inform supply chain decisions.
  • Foster collaboration with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses and internal teams.
  • Identify excess or obsolete stock and implement action plans to optimize inventory levels.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in purchasing, inventory management or supply chain roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain optimal stock levels while meeting performance targets.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems and planning software (Sage and Netstock preferred).
  • High attention to detail, excellent analytical skills and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills to build effective relationships with vendors, warehouse staff and internal stakeholders.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and a willingness to continuously improve processes.
