About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Settlement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our settlement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of finance settlements with stakeholders both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process finance settlements in accordance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to settlement activities.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field such as law, finance or business.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a loan processing centre.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Proactive, innovative and prepared to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Able to work within tight timeframes with the ability to prioritise.
  • Highly accurate approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the Consumer Credit Code and Banking Code of Practice is desirable.
