Job DescriptionUnified Communications Specialist Opportunity

Join a high-performing team in our Sydney head office as a Unified Communications (UC) Specialist.

This role will serve as a key Subject Matter Expert in the UC technology stack, working on multiple projects and key business-as-usual (BAU) support activities.

  • Acts as trusted advisor for Unified Communications technologies.
  • Builds, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots the bank's Unified Communication and Collaboration Services.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:
  1. Minimum 7 years' experience in a Voice/Unified Communications/System Administration role.
  2. Experience supporting MS Teams Voice and PABX systems.
  3. Experience in the administration and configuration of Contact Centre systems with Genesys Contact Centre knowledge preferred.
