We are currently looking for a skilled professional to join our team in the role of Technical Communications Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in explaining complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear and compelling messaging for new product launches
  • Collaborate with research and development teams to understand emerging technologies and translate them into user-facing value
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for high-impact releases
  • Ensure alignment across product, brand, growth, and comms teams through effective internal briefs and messaging guides
  • Plan and support launches across customer segments, from individual creators to enterprise partners
  • Provide strategic guidance on positioning and messaging to maximize customer impact

Requirements:

  • AI fluency, with the ability to follow conversations about models, inference, and pipelines
  • Structured communication skills, with the ability to turn evolving technical inputs into clear and thoughtful messaging
  • Cross-functional empathy, with experience working with engineers or researchers and navigating high-context environments
  • Clear writing skills, with the ability to write quickly and clearly for a range of audiences
  • Launch ownership, with experience leading or contributing meaningfully to product launches
  • Customer focus, with a strong understanding of what users need to know to feel confident and successful
