Job Description

As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality, client-focused business processes and services.

You will respond to scheduling requirements, prepare all required documents in a timely and efficient manner, liaise with clients to plan and implement the provision of agreed services, coordinate all activities associated with claimant's files, archive documents, and provide administrative support to consultant practitioners.

You will also provide information and advice to clients or prospective clients, establish and maintain effective relationships with medical consultants, external clients, and internal staff, and demonstrate a personal approach that is positive, enthusiastic, considerate, and helpful.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as a Records Officer or similar position with file management.
  • Experience in coordinating and delivering client-focused business processes and services.
  • Understanding of case management practices relating to independent medical reports within a personal injury and/or accident compensation setting.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a group environment.
  • Strong time management skills and flexibility to operate in an environment of change and continuous improvement.
