Job Title: Customer Service Professional
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer care. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, providing high-level customer support and assistance in sales administration, service & repair, and telephone engagement.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization to provide superior customer care.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and dispatch documents efficiently.
- Notify customers of production/repair updates and provide proforma invoices when required.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience working with a high-volume call center, and strong attention to detail. They will also have the ability to work autonomously and within a team, as well as problem solve and make informed decisions.
