**Leadership Opportunity in a Fast-Paced Café Environment**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to take on a supervisory role, overseeing daily café operations, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless customer service delivery.

This position requires exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support a team of baristas, cashiers, and floor staff to deliver high-quality food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily café operations, including cash handling, stock control, and customer service delivery.
  • Uphold excellence in coffee quality, food presentation, and customer experience.
  • Supervise opening and closing routines, including staff scheduling and training.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and liaise with suppliers for timely ordering.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, workplace policies, and industry standards.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Inspire, guide, and support a team of baristas, cashiers, and floor staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Deliver hands-on training and continuous development to enhance team capabilities and performance.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and positive team culture that promotes excellence and mutual support.
  • Oversee staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and operational efficiency.

Customer Service & Experience:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating a warm and inviting environment for every guest.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by implementing strategies that enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a café or hospitality setting.
  • Proficient in barista techniques with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, cash reconciliation, and inventory control.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
