**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service Excellence**:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take and prepare orders with precision, ensuring high-quality standards.
Provide information about menu items and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience.

**Barista Duties**:
Craft delicious coffee and other beverages to meet our quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
Stay updated on coffee trends and brewing techniques.

**Food Preparation**:
Assist in the preparation of food items, including sandwiches, salads, and desserts.
Ensure all food items meet our quality and presentation standards.

**Cash Handling and POS Operations**:
Process customer transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely.

**Maintaining Cleanliness**:
Keep the café area clean and organized throughout the day.
Monitor and restock supplies as needed.

**Team Collaboration**:
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address any issues or concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a café or similar hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
