Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced investment professional to lead our service delivery for the investment pillar of our value proposition.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to upsell advice practices in New South Wales, achieving retention and share of wallet AUM goals.
  • Recruit and onboard new advisers and practices to entrust their clients' assets to our managed portfolio solutions, targeting netflow goals.
  • Remove barriers preventing advisers from using our managed portfolio solutions, ensuring alignment with our global best practice investment approach.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, solving investment and behavioral challenges when entrusting clients' wealth to our managed portfolio solutions.
  • Foster a deep understanding of adviser investment needs across all client segments, utilizing a solutions-based and consultative approach.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, advanced degree, or CFA designation preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of industry experience in investments and serving financial advisers and practices.
  • Evidenced track record in investments business development, successfully converting relationships to revenue.
