About the Role">

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) investment team as a Private Equity Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing international team that focuses on identifying and executing transformative investments in dynamic industries.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire investment lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to execution and portfolio management.
  • Conduct thorough financial modeling, valuation, and industry analyses to inform investment decisions.
  • Prepare comprehensive investment materials for approval by the Investment Committee.
  • Participate in due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiations to drive value creation across our portfolio companies.
  • Collaborate closely with portfolio company management teams to deliver strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Contribute to sector research and build thematic insights in the TMT space.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
  • International outlook and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, media, and telecommunications sectors.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
