About the Role

We're seeking dedicated professionals to join our Restaurant team as Fine Dining Experience Specialists. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every guest leaves feeling valued and satisfied.

Responsibilities
  • Anticipate guest needs and tailor your service to exceed their expectations
  • Order and deliver food and beverages with precision and flair
  • Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and tidy service area, resetting tables as needed
Requirements
  • Victorian RSA certification
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a high-quality restaurant or similar setting
  • Prior experience in a hotel environment is highly desirable
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Excellent communication skills
