Job Summary

We are dedicated to providing exceptional rehabilitation services that empower individuals to regain mobility, strength, and function. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in developing personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' conditions and create tailored therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
  • Administer hands-on physical therapy treatments, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques, to promote optimal recovery and well-being.
  • Provide education and support to patients and caregivers on rehabilitation strategies and injury prevention methods.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment modifications.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and regulatory guidelines to provide evidence-based care.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Active and valid Physical Therapist license in Missouri.
  • Experience: Prior experience in clinical or outpatient settings is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.
  • Certifications: CPR certification is highly recommended.
