- Providing advanced social work services across the rehabilitation team, including stroke and amputee rehabilitation, and NDIS pathways.
- Fostering a positive team culture and workplace environment as a senior social worker.
- Assisting in the review and implementation of social work service development, policies, and procedures in line with social work standards and strategic directions for the service and team.
Requirements:
- Sub-acute hospital experience with a collaborative working style.
- Advanced social work skills and experience working with patients requiring rehabilitation services.
- Highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
