Senior Cultural Transformation Specialist

This role will lead the development of our organisational culture, driving initiatives that shape the workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver cultural transformation programs including employee engagement, recognition, talent management, leadership development, and employee value proposition.
- Drive strategic change initiatives using insights from Human Synergistics, translating data into meaningful action to create a connected and thriving workplace.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing strategies to support a safe and inclusive work environment.
- Coach and guide teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with People & Culture and other departments to provide evidence-based advice and solutions.
- Relevant degree in Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in delivering cultural transformation practices across different organisations.
- Experience in coaching and leading others.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Experience in managing organisational change, particularly with Human Synergistics tools.
