Job Title:

Employee Relations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our employee relations approach and shape workplace health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve employee relations frameworks, policies, and procedures ensuring alignment with organisational values, legal obligations, and risk appetite.
  • Provide expert, risk-based advice on complex employee relations matters ensuring consistent, fair, and legally compliant outcomes.
  • Lead enterprise-wide case management approaches including oversight of investigations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and reporting as required.
  • Partner with senior leaders to promote organisational wellbeing, inclusion, and safety embedding these in culture and practice.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Employment Law and/or Human Resources or equivalent expertise in Employment Relations and Work, Health & Safety.
  • Proven experience in employee relations and workplace health & safety supporting organisations through compliant and risk-appropriate advice, policy, and procedure.
