We're a rapidly expanding childcare service situated in the heart of Sydney.

Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Centre Manager. The role involves leading a team of educators, managing day-to-day operations, and creating strong connections with the local community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and lead a team of educators to create a positive working environment.
  • Manage centre operations, meeting company policies, compliance and financial targets.
  • Create lasting connections with the local community through partnerships and strategic marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or ECT in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in management or leadership roles (desired).
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and maintaining safety and compliance standards.
  • Current Working with Children's Check and first aid certificate.
