">As a placement student in our team, you will be working on a comparative analysis of global urban forest strategies to contribute to the development of our Urban Forest Strategy 2012-2032.
">Our team is a multi-disciplinary group with expertise in arboriculture, urban forestry, urban ecology, social science, and community engagement. You will have the opportunity to engage with and learn from every member of the team, as well as learn about council processes and workplace norms.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Conduct research on global urban forest strategies
- Develop a comparative analysis of urban forest strategies from around the world
- P present findings and recommendations to the Parks and City Greening Branch
