Drive Digital Transformation with a Forward-Thinking IT Architect

Boston Consulting Group is seeking an experienced IT Architect to drive strategic digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, enabling them to develop innovative solutions that address complex business problems.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with hybrid case teams to deliver impactful IT and digital/technology transformation projects. Your ability to align business and technology strategies will be crucial in driving client success.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can facilitate workshops, analyze complex IT solutions, and drive innovation across various industries.

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • 3-6 years' experience in strategy, management, or technology consultancy and/or industry
  • Experience working within an architecture domain (solutions, applications, or big data)
  • Understanding of architecture principles and exposure to architecting modern data platforms
  • Broad generalist digital/technology skills and knowledge
  • Good understanding of emerging digital/tech topics and trends across various industries
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and conceptual thinking
  • Excellent communication, storylining, client-facing, and consulting skills
  • Strategic mindset, presence, and gravitas
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree preferably in an IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
