Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Solutions Architect to drive end-to-end digital transformation across telecom and enterprise networks. This role combines strategic architecture leadership with hands-on expertise in next-generation technologies such as SDN, NFV, cloud-native networking, and automation frameworks.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, modernizing, and automating large-scale networks while collaborating with senior business and technology stakeholders. They will be responsible for leading the design and execution of large-scale network transformation programs across RAN, Core, OSS/BSS, and Enterprise Networks.

Additionally, they will develop architecture roadmaps aligned with industry standards (TM Forum, TOGAF) and champion the transition from legacy/manual operations to AI-driven autonomous networks. The ideal candidate will have strong system integration background in telecom/enterprise IT environments and experience in leading modernization projects with major vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven track record in network architecture and large-scale transformation programs.
  • Deep knowledge of SDN, NFV, orchestration platforms, and automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience across RAN, Core, OSS/BSS, and Enterprise Networking.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence at CXO level.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the design and execution of large-scale network transformation programs across RAN, Core, OSS/BSS, and Enterprise Networks.
  2. Develop architecture roadmaps aligned with industry standards (TM Forum, TOGAF).
  3. Champion the transition from legacy/manual operations to AI-driven autonomous networks.
  4. Define integration strategies for enterprise-grade platforms, ensuring scalability and resilience.
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams (business, IT, operations) to align network transformation goals.
  6. Support pre-sales and solutioning for large deals, including proposals, RFPs, and customer presentations.
  7. Provide technical governance and architectural assurance for transformation projects.
  8. Stay ahead of emerging technologies such as 5G, network slicing, edge computing, and CNFs.
