Job Opportunity:

Cevo is looking for a Principal Data Consultant to join their team in Sydney or Melbourne. This role will provide expert-level architecture guidance, problem-solving support, and technical mentorship to consultants while collaborating with the sales team to extend and grow customer engagements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level architecture guidance to consultants
  • Collaborate with the sales team to extend and grow customer engagements
  • Lead a data community of practice and associated activities
  • Attend and present at industry events as an industry thought leader

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working as a data engineer or in a database background, ideally in a principal consultant or guiding role
  • Strong knowledge of AWS
  • Experience working with Redshift, Sagemaker Studio, and Snowflake
  • Leadership experience in a data community of practice
  • Industry thought leadership in data and analytics
