You'll oversee project execution from inception to operational efficiency, coordinating various functions and managing the transition period with a focus on inventory management.
Main Responsibilities:
- 1. Project Governance:
- Provide full governance over the network design project.
- Coordinate and oversee all functions throughout the project phases.
- Ensure the project's successful completion within the planned scope and timeline while minimizing operational disruptions.
- 2. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary contact for all project-related streams.
- Drive and track project tasks, ensuring accountability and progress.
- Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and local policies.
- 3. Process Improvement:
- Review reports and dashboards to evaluate project performance.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement strategies to drive process efficiency improvements.
- 4. Supply Chain Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure seamless project deployment.
- Align project activities with internal policies and procedures.
- 5. Inventory Management:
- Manage the transition between the current and future 3PL network, ensuring a smooth and efficient handover.
- Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce wastage.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
We're looking for a skilled Project Manager with experience in supply chain management, warehouse development, and strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
