We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team of experts in transcultural mental health clinical education.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing transcultural mental health clinical education strategies aligned with Queensland Health workforce development frameworks.
- Develop and implement educational programs, training content, and strategies to improve mental health workforce education and development.
- Collaborate with educators and stakeholders to deliver cultural competence education statewide.
- Design and evaluate educational programs and strategies to enhance mental health workforce skills and knowledge.
The role requires strong communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Education Strategy Development: Develop and implement educational programs, training content, and strategies to improve mental health workforce education and development.
- Cultural Competence Education: Collaborate with educators and stakeholders to deliver cultural competence education statewide.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Design and evaluate educational programs and strategies to enhance mental health workforce skills and knowledge.
