Telehealth Physician for Chronic Condition Management

We are seeking a skilled physician to join our team in providing telehealth services to patients with chronic conditions.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for conducting telehealth consultations, assessing patient needs, and developing treatment plans to improve patient outcomes. They will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.

About You
- You must have full general and specialist AHPRA registration and full General Registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- You should have experience in delivering care through telehealth and be comfortable using technology to communicate with patients and health professionals.
- You are a strong communicator and able to work effectively as part of a team.
