Telehealth Aged Care Physician

We are seeking a skilled Telehealth Physician to join our multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality support and care for older Australians in residential aged care facilities.

About the Role
  • Conduct after-hours telehealth rounds, providing acute medical support, clinical oversight, and continuity of care.
  • Update medication charts, issue prescriptions, and order investigations as needed.
  • Manage and follow up on acute issues raised by facility staff.
  • Communicate with family members and provide referrals to specialists where required.
Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.

Requirements
  • Current General or Specialist Registration with AHPRA.
  • Experience in residential aged care or primary care settings.
