Technical Support Specialist Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in providing technical assistance to clients with software, hardware, and network operations difficulties.

  • Provide timely and effective customer service support via phone, email or other mediums.
  • Accurately document calls and incidents in our centralized database system.
  • Manage workload to meet predetermined service levels and ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Verify data accuracy within our contact management platform.
  • Route incidents and requests to the appropriate support team for prompt resolution.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for all incident and problem inquiries logged.
  • Perform thorough diagnostic checks to initiate problem management workflow processes.
  • Deliver unique reference numbers for each client's incident/request.

Success in this role requires:

  • Security clearance (preferably held).
  • Australian Citizenship.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles (desirable).
