We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the Account Management strategy across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a customer-centric approach that creates sustained value and loyalty.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Embed operational excellence and scalable account management practices.
  • Drive growth through targeted cross-sell, upsell, and retention strategies.
  • Foster deep, trusted relationships with senior executives (CFO, CIO, COO, CMO, CEO).
  • Present actionable insights and performance outcomes to the Executive Leadership Team.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience owning strategic client portfolios and driving measurable growth.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in sales, customer success, or account management.
  • Proven experience within a System Integrator, delivering transformation across Business Application, Transformation Advisory, Integration, Cloud, Security, AI and Managed Services.
  • Experience building and embedding frameworks, account management playbooks, and governance models into teams that scale and deliver outcomes.
  • Proven ability to turn complex client needs into commercial wins.
