We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Partner - People and Culture to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for partnering with leaders across our branches and support offices to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored advice and coaching on performance and conduct matters to leaders and employees
  • Investigate grievances and develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
