Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative finance leader to drive financial performance across our diverse group of entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team across core financial functions.
  • Drive accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting and forecasting to assist operational teams.
  • Deliver robust budgeting, capital planning, audit, and compliance activities.
  • Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
  • Engage with executives and external stakeholders, including auditors and funders.
  • Foster a culture of commercial thinking and continuous improvement while empowering commercial understanding.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in senior financial roles, with NFP or health/community sectors highly attractive.
  • CA or CPA accreditation.
  • Demonstrated strength in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Experience with funding agreements, grant acquittals, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empower teams.
  • High integrity, professional ethics, and alignment with our values.
