Key Role Summary

This is a highly visible leadership position that requires a proactive and strategic finance expert to join the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis, driving performance understanding across diverse business segments, and contributing to external reporting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis – Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, developing robust models to support decision-making.
  • Performance Management & Reporting – Drive monthly and quarterly reporting, presenting actionable insights on business performance.
  • Business Partnering – Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, collaborating with global finance teams to ensure alignment.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting – Oversee end-to-end planning cycles, including stakeholder engagement and presentation development.
  • Process Improvement – Identify and deliver automation and efficiency initiatives across FP&A tools and processes.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis & Special Projects – Provide data-driven insights to support executive priorities.
About You
  • At least 10 years' experience in FP&A with strong exposure to group-level reporting and analysis.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills at an executive level.
  • Commercially astute, with a proven ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights.
  • Confident, adaptable, and proactive in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones.
