Concession Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Concession Store Manager to join our team at David Jones Queens Plaza. As a Concession Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the concession store's financial targets and company key performance indicators. Your focus will be on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience, while building a team that is empowered to exceed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a customer-centric culture by creating a warm and meaningful in-store experience.
  • Drive sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business.
  • Ensure the team has an understanding of all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen.
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
  • Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers.
  • Embody our key cultural values of customer obsession, collaboration, inspiration, responsibility, and dedication to quality.

Attributes You Possess:

  • A passion for the retail industry and exceptional service, with a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Proven experience in managing a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or similar business.
  • Ability to manage budgets and interpret financial reports, generating efficient rosters.
  • Experience managing the performance and productivity of a large team.
  • Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
