Drive Digital Transformation as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant. This pivotal role involves implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications tailored to client needs.
About the Role:
As a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant, you will play a key part in driving digital transformation and delivering impactful solutions. Your expertise will help organizations realize the full potential of Customer Engagement through innovative business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Requirements-Gathering Sessions: Lead sessions to understand business processes, objectives, and challenges.
- Functional Design Documents: Translate requirements into clear functional design documents for configuration and customization.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure Dynamics 365 CE—entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
- Collaboration and Delivery: Collaborate with technical teams on customizations and system integrations, deliver end-user training, and provide ongoing support.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Participate in system testing by creating and executing test cases, troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-launch support.
- Staying Current: Stay current on the latest Dynamics 365 CE features, offering strategic recommendations.
- Pre-Sales Support: Support pre-sales activities, coaching and mentoring junior team members, validate solutions and project plans.
